Lucerne to Venice via verona

Today was another day of bus riding, and, to be honest... nothing much of any note happened except...

A quick visit to Verona and Juliet's balcony (with a little sexual harassment of female statues thrown in for good measure...

and dinner in Venice....

oh and did I forget to mention that whilst taking night photo's of St Mark's square in Venice, I managed to loose my cute red shoes with the bow on them??? Oh well i did... opps!... You see Venice is sinking, and so instead of getting my shoes wet or walking on the dry floor like a normal person, I decided to take mine off and walk in the water... It was fun and relaxing, the only problem being that at some point I forgot to pick my shoes up after taking photo's and by the time I realised my mistake they were gone.

To be honest I'm not all that fussed...

they broke earlier in the night and now for the rest of my life I will have a story to tell...

I gave my shoes to the city of venice and in return I got these wonderful picks you see here...

lots of love and hugz
D.

P.S. more posts on the last few days coming soon... I have uploaded most of the photo's (which beieve me takes a long time with dodgy internet in Italy, all I need to do is write some stuff.

  2. The night photos of venice are absolutley stunning!! Especially the one with the reflection in the floor, where the building looks mirrored, wow! I think I want to print that one off and frame it =)
The photo of Eddy groping a statue however, is questionable, most likely because I am a little disturbed by it, hehe.
Just think, you made someone in Venice very happy by giving them your shoes and hopefully you will get repayed for it through some wonderful means of the universe..or maybe you should just buy another pair, lol.
Keep exploring! say hi to Eddy for me =)
    love xx
