FYI - this is why I do my outdoor exercise long after sunset...

All this long winter I have diligently applied sunscreen whenever it looks like I will be outdoors without  protection for any length of time… and the ONE time I forget and go for a 45 minute walk in the middle of the day…. THIS HAPPENS!!! :( People be warned… Darcy gets grumpy when her skin burns :@ Much love D.
